As part of the functionality of our Sites or Services, you may link your Denver Apartment Finders, LLC account with a Third Party Account, by either: (1) providing your Third Party Account login information to Denver Apartment Finders, LLC; or (2) allowing Denver Apartment Finders, LLC to access your Third Party Account, as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of such Third Party Account. If you decide to register by logging into a Third Party Account via our Sites or Services, we will obtain the Identity Information that you have provided to the applicable TPSP, such as your name, email address, pictures, names of friends, names of groups to which you belong, other information you make publicly available via the applicable TPSP and/or other information you authorize Denver Apartment Finders, LLC to access by authorizing the TPSP to provide such information, from your Third Party Account and use that information to create your Denver Apartment Finders, LLC account and account profile page.

Depending on the Third Party Account you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have established in such Third Party Account, you understand that by granting us access to the Third Party Account, we will access, make available and store the information in your Third Party Account so that it is available on and through your account on our Sites or Services. If there is information about your “friends” or people with whom you are associated in your Third Party Account, the information we obtain about those ”friends” or people with whom you are associated, may also depend on the privacy settings such people have with the applicable TPSP.

Our Sites or Services may provide links to third-party applications, products, services, or websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave our Sites or Services. We do not control those third party sites and services or their privacy practices, which may differ from our practices. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party sites. The Identity Information you choose to provide to, or that is collected by, those third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We cannot control the activities of third parties and we have no responsibility for any use of your Identity Information by such third parties. Any information you choose to provide to third party websites or products will be governed by the policies of those third party websites and products.

If you post, comment, indicate interest, or share personal information, including ideas, suggestions, opinions, comments, observations, or other material (collectively, a “User Submission”) to any public forum on our Sites or Services, including any social network page, blog, or other such forum, please be aware that any Identity Information disclosed in your User Submission can be read, viewed, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes that neither you nor we control. Denver Apartment Finders, LLC is not responsible for the Identity Information contained in your User Submission.

The broker or leasing office may contact you with pricing and availability information as well as additional information about the property or other properties.

For example, we may provide User information to our business partners or other trusted entities for the purpose of providing you with information on goods or services we believe will be of interest to you. For example, we may collect and aggregate broadly measurable demographic information such your age, city of residence, neighborhood, building, and any reviews or characteristics related to the foregoing.

We may also use your Identity Information to provide newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or update your “Notifications” information in your account. Please note that we may also use your Identity Information to contact you with information related to your use of our Sites or Services; you may not opt out of these notifications.

We only disclose your Identity Information as authorized by you (for example, as agreed to in this Privacy Policy) or as allowed or required by law. In the latter instance, we may disclose certain of your Identity Information without your prior consent. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Denver Apartment Finders, LLC transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. 4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Denver Apartment Finders, LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, solicit information from children, or market products to children. Our Sites or Services are not intended for use by children and we do not target our Sites or Services to children under the age of 13.
