I started Denver Apartment Finders because I knew there was a HUGE need for assistance with navigating a move and relocating to Denver for so many people coming from out of state. As a transplant myself, I feel your pain as I was once in your shoes. There are so many apartments and so many neighborhoods and it becomes overwhelming FAST. That is where we come in. We do the searching for YOU and for FREE! Yes, for FREE! We also help locals as well. We LOVE our Denver natives! Here is how it works. From start to finish.
Step 1. Your free apartment search starts when you register with us by clicking on the START YOUR FREE SEARCH tab and populating it with your search criteria. Once your guest card is received, our CEO will call you within 24 hours to introduce himself and explain how our free services work. He will then introduce you and connect you with your dedicated, professional & personal relocation agent.
Step 2. Your dedicated & professional relocation agent will then call you to conduct an initial intake call to determine your exact needs and wants. The two of you will then collaborate together via email, calls and text to narrow down your search options with customized and personalized apartment lists that match your personal and unique search criteria.
Step 3. Once you have made a short list of options you are most interested in, your agent will then forward your guest card to each of our community partners that you are interested in and schedule an appointment to tour either in person or virtually.
Step 4. Once you and your agent have finalized your decision and you are ready to move forward with an apartment, your next step is to apply online at the apartment community’s website and take the exact apartment you want off the market. Don’t forget to list Denver Apartment Finders as your referral and marketing source along with your agent’s 1st and last name so they know that we referred you to their community. =)
Step 5. During your screening process your proof of income must be received in writing by the leasing office for an official approval & to receive your welcome letter & lease agreement.
Step 6. Preparing for move in day requires that the welcome letter and lease are signed by all parties, move-in payment is received by the leasing office along with proof of renter’s insurance, utilities setup in your name and a copy of your state issued ID or passport.

We have been so very blessed in our 3 years of service by all of our clients, friendships, community partnerships, relationships and collaborations that we started a nonprofit called Faith In Denver. We did this as an offering of GRATITUDE and THANKSGIVING where we help feed Denver’s homeless and help Denver’s senior citizens on fixed incomes find, keep and maintain their affordable housing. We do this as a THANK YOU to Denver and to God for making all of this AWESOMENESS possible.

Through Denver Apartment Finders we have been so incredibly blessed so our way of giving back to the community, we started a non-profit called Faith In Denver. We help feed and nurture the homeless and help our senior citizens find, maintain & sustain their affordable housing.
